Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
Cinnamon Sugar Topping
- 1/4 cup sugar (any kind)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Mix almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder & cinnamon together. Then whisk in flour until combined
- Heat waffle iron to medium, spray with nonstick spray & spoon in about 2-3 tbsp batter per waffle. Repeat. Should make 8 regular or 16 mini waffles.
- When done spray with butter or lightly brush and sprinkle in cinnamon sugar
