6 Ingredient Gluten Free Waffles Tossed in Cinnamon Sugar

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour

Cinnamon Sugar Topping

  • 1/4 cup sugar (any kind)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  • Mix almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder & cinnamon together. Then whisk in flour until combined
  • Heat waffle iron to medium, spray with nonstick spray & spoon in about 2-3 tbsp batter per waffle. Repeat. Should make 8 regular or 16 mini waffles.
  • When done spray with butter or lightly brush and sprinkle in cinnamon sugar
