SWEET POTATO SLICES

Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ salt

Instructions

  • Spray baking sheet w/ cooking spray
  • Lay potatoes on sheet where they are not overlapping
  • Spray w/ cooking spray (I prefer olive oil spray)
  • Bake 7 min and flip (or until barely brown)
  • Cook 7-10 more minutes
  • Put chips in a bowl and toss with remaining ingredients
