- 30 min – 1 hour training in our private gym

- How many calories you personally should be consuming depending on your current goals

Mindset Reset – Free
- 1 e-mail a day for 5 days
- Each day will cover how to overcome your negative mindset and learn to be who you really are despite the lies you tell yourself.
- Each e-mail contains “homework” each night for you to write out or mull over so you are ready for the next day.

Mindset Coaching – $120
- For those that want to get started but cannot take another failure
- We will meet via phone, google or zoom for 1/2 hr. 1x/week for 1 month (4x total)
- Help you start to shift your mindset to start your journey to better health (whatever that looks like for you)
- We will discuss long term goals and how you can make them achievable
- The weekly meetings will allow for accountability to do the work during the week to improve your mindset
- They will also be a time for us to talk about what you are struggling with that week
- I am not a licensed therapist. If you are struggling with more serious issues I strongly recommend you start there first.
