Services & Pricing

Personal Training – $30/session

  • 45 min – 1 hour training in our private gym
  • Must prepay for 5 sessions at a time
  • Cancellation Policy – if you cancel within 8 hours of your session you will be charged.

Macro/Calories – $5

  • How many calories you personally should be consuming depending on your current goals
  • Break down of how much should be carbohydrates, protein & fats should be consumed
  • (This is going to differ from person to person because of weight, height, age, gender, activity level and goals)

Meal Plan – $60

  • Macro/Calories
  • Custom Meal Plan
  • One month of adjustments if needed
  • Weekly check-ins for that month
  • Note: a Keto meal plan will be $80 and will be very specific, not as much variety

Workout Plan – $50-$80 (Depending on goals)

  • Workouts tailored to your time & goals
  • 1 meeting in our private gym to go over any exercises you aren’t sure about
  • Weekly check-ins for accountability

Meal/Workout Plan – $100 – $120 (Depending on goals)

  • Everything listed in the meal plan & workout plan

Mindset Reset – Free

  • 1 e-mail a day for 5 days
  • Each day will cover how to overcome your negative mindset and learn to be who you really are despite the lies you tell yourself
  • Each e-mail contains “homework” each night for you to write out or mull over so you are ready for the next day

Mindset Coaching$80

  • For those that want to get started but cannot take another failure
  • We will meet via google or zoom for 1/2 hr. 1x/week for 1 month (4x total)
  • Help you start to shift your mindset to start your journey to better health (whatever that looks like for you)
  • Referral to books/people/resources that may help you in your specific journey
  • The weekly meetings will allow for accountability to do the work during the week to improve your mindset
  • They will also be a time for us to talk about what you are struggling with that week
  • I am not a licensed therapist. If you are struggling with more serious issues I strongly recommend you start there first.
