Personal Training – $30/session (currently unavailable)

  • 30 min – 1 hour training
  • Must prepay for 5 sessions at a time
  • Cancellation Policy – if you cancel within 8 hours of your session you will be charged.

Meal Plan Bodybuilding $60/Lifestyle $80

  • Macro/Calories
  • Custom Meal Plan
  • One month of adjustments if needed
  • Weekly check-ins for that month
  • We do not do keto meal plans, please contact a specialist for this

Workout Plan – $65

  • Workouts tailored to your time & goals
  • Weekly check-ins for accountability for one month

Meal/Workout Plan Bodybuilding $115/Lifestyle $135

  • Everything listed in the meal plan & workout plan
