Then whisk in flour until combined<\/li><li>Heat waffle iron to medium, spray with nonstick spray &amp; spoon in about 2-3 tbsp batter per waffle.  Repeat.  Should make 8 regular or 16 mini waffles.<\/li><li>When done spray with butter or lightly brush and sprinkle in cinnamon sugar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nutrition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serving
