{"id":1931,"date":"2019-02-08T01:16:42","date_gmt":"2019-02-08T01:16:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/360fit.biz\/?p=1931"},"modified":"2024-01-07T03:30:27","modified_gmt":"2024-01-07T03:30:27","slug":"mango-confetti-salsa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/360fit.biz\/?p=1931","title":{"rendered":"MANGO CONFETTI SALSA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>M<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 large mango<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c2\u00bd small jicama (no clue what this is, I don\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2t put it in mine)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 orange bell pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 red bell pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 jalapeno pepper, stemmed (I do not use this\n)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 small red onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp fresh lime juice (I am sometimes lazy\nand buy the lime juice in a plastic lime)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c2\u00bc tsp salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c2\u00bd tsp Chili Lime Rub (this is Pampered Chef, use something similar if you don&#8217;t have this)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tortilla Chips (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cut mango. Remove Skin.&nbsp; Peel jicama with a peeler.&nbsp; Dice mango, jimaca and bell peppers into 1 in\npieces.&nbsp; Cut jalapeno in half; remove\nseeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combine mango, jicama, bell peppers, jalapeno\nand onion in a hand chopper and chop until coarsely chopped.&nbsp; Add lime and salt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour salsa into a serving bowl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprinkle with
