Travis is a personal trainer and bodybuilding coach who has a passion to help people grow physically and mentally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is 39 years old and has been married to Julia for 19 years. Together they have 2 girls, Elizabeth & Jaycee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travis has a heart to teach people how to lift, eat, and train properly while also explaining why. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Growing up, Travis was overweight, letting food dictate how he looked and felt. With no background in sports and no education on what a body really needed in order to thrive; he decided enough was enough. He began reading material, watching videos and taking courses to educate himself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this transformation process Travis has fallen in love with the world of bodybuilding. He loves the science behind everything from muscle growth to how your body processes food. Travis has taken it upon himself to take a course through J3 University to better understand female physiology, training, nutrition and problem solving solutions for female specific training, hormonal impact knowledge and fat loss & muscle gain. Travis is also ISSA certified as a Corrective Exercise Specialist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travis will only continue to learn more so he can better serve current and future clients. His focus has been and will always be longevity over a quick result. So if you need help with a step in the right direction and accountability or if you are getting ready to get ready for a show, you will be in great hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
